BI Analyst

About the Role:
We are seeking a talented Business Intelligence Analyst to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on turning data into actionable insights and has strong experience with Azure SQL and Power BI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions using Power BI.
• Write and optimize queries in Azure SQL to extract and transform data.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver insightful dashboards and reports.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all BI processes.
• Support data-driven decision-making by providing clear analysis and recommendations.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Proven experience as a BI Analyst or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Azure SQL (including query optimization and stored procedures).
• Advanced skills in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, visualization best practices).
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Desirable:

• Experience with Azure Data Factory or other cloud-based data tools.
• Knowledge of Python or R for advanced analytics.
