The RoleA growing engineering-focused business is looking for a hands-on Digital Systems Manager to take ownership of its digital landscape and play a key role in embedding AI and automation into day-to-day operations .This is not a traditional IT management role. It sits at the intersection of technology and operations , with a strong emphasis on building practical solutions using Microsoft 365 and Power Platform .You'll be responsible for shaping how the business uses its systems - from ERP and data flows through to AI-enabled workflows and automation - while remaining actively involved in delivery.What You'll Be DoingDesigning and building Power Apps and Power Automate solutions to streamline workflowsEmbedding AI capabilities (e.g. Copilot, AI-assisted tools) into business processesSupporting and evolving an ERP implementation , ensuring it reflects real operational needsDriving systems integration across M365, ERP and other platformsDeveloping reporting and data visibility to support decision-makingLeading the adoption of automation and AI across the businessWorking closely with operational teams to improve how systems are used day-to-dayWhat We're Looking ForStrong hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps / Power Automate)Solid understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint, Teams, etc.)Experience building automations and improving business processesExposure to AI tools or features (e.g.
