As a Dynamics Developer in the Digital and Information Technology team, this role is crucial for maintaining and innovating our IT services to ensure they meet modern standards and effectively serve their customers.
Job Summary
As a Dynamics Developer you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our core applications and IT services. This position requires a proactive approach and a willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies. You will work within a multi-disciplined squad, using various technologies to build enterprise-grade services and take accountability for the squad's deliverables. Additionally, you will handle system issue investigations, diagnoses, and resolutions.
Main Duties
- Design, code, configure, test, and document large, complex or mission-critical applications in a cloud-first environment using Dynamics and Power Platform in MS Azure.
- Configure and customise model-driven and canvas apps.
- Develop Power Automate Flows and integrate Power platform with other Azure components like Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, and SharePoint.
- Collaborate closely with test engineers to ensure understanding of acceptance criteria, code base, and test coverage.
- Proactively investigate existing processes to identify improvement opportunities, communicating findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Essential Experience
- Experience in delivering technical solutions.
- Familiarity with modern delivery models such as Scrum and Agile.
- Understanding of DevOps principles.
- Experience working with cloud technologies, particularly Azure.
Essential Technical Skills
- Proficiency in MS Dynamics CRM and/or Power Platform.
