ERP Business Change Manager (HR & Finance)

ERP Business Change Manager (HR & Finance) required to join an Education establishment who are implementing a leading Global SaaS ERP Solution - Technologyone. You must be a Business Chanage Consultant who has Higher Education or Public Sector experience.

The ERP Business Change Manager (HR & Finance) will work on the ERP project to ensure that the new ERP system meets the requirements of the business.

Review existing plans, update, and implement communication, engagement and change management activities to ensure the teams impacted are supported through the change to help to achieve our benefits.

Collaborate with different teams, within the project, including business and technical teams to ensure the deployment of change is based upon the business needs and the organisation's capacity to receive change.

You will be responsible for managing the ADKAR dashboard.
