A new exciting permanent position has become available for a junior to mid-level developer to join a progressive technology team.

This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about rapid development and deployment of internal web applications and data products that significantly impact their business operations. Day-to-day of the role:

• Build internal web applications and data products for operations, marketing, business intelligence, and sales teams.
• Develop solutions using modern frameworks with a focus on rapid prototyping and iteration.
• Engineer data pipelines and create value from their data assets.
• Work autonomously on short-burst projects following the 80/20 rule: maximum value, optimal effort.
• Contribute to technical architecture decisions as you grow within the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Core technical skills in one of the following areas:
  • Full-stack web development (React, Python/Node.js, modern frameworks)
  • Data engineering (ETL pipelines, SQL, data modelling)
• Demonstrated ability to ship working software quickly.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and self-directed work.
• High quality standards balanced with pragmatic delivery.
• Genuine hunger for learning new technologies and approaches.

Desirable Skills (but not essential):

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts or tools.
• Understanding of agile development practices.
• Experience with AI-assisted coding tools (Cursor, Copilot, etc.).
