IT Support Assistant
- Location: London (2days) and Weybridge (1day)
- Salary £30,000
- Job Type: Full-time - Hybrid
- Driving licence required
This role offers a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the IT function, supporting across two offices. You will be responsible for day-to-day IT system, software, and hardware support, IT inductions, and home-working setups. This role is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for providing exceptional client service.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Monitor and file IT tickets, ensuring they are resolved in line with service level expectations and escalating when required.
- Respond to and resolve internal IT issues, prioritising as necessary.
- Support the use of internal software/systems, including license management for tools like MS Teams, Zoom, and CoPilot.
- Organise equipment supplies and deliveries, overseeing inventory of new and existing kit.
- Provide mobile device maintenance and support, liaising with third-party support providers.
- Assist with IT projects and system/equipment updates, including monitoring and testing.
- Liaise with external IT support providers and organise third-party engineers when on-site.
- Manage IT tasks for new starters and leavers, including on-site setups.
- Support training on systems/software and develop User Guides as needed.
- Provide IT support for company events and presentations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1+ years' experience in a similar IT support role.
- Experience in IT support, managing third parties, internal communication, and implementing software updates in a similar-sized business.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a hands-on, solution-focused approach.
- High-quality written and verbal communication skills, with a respect for confidentiality.
- Flexibility to work across both offices and potentially outside normal office hours.
