IT Trainer
- Contract Type: 18-month fixed-term
- Location: London Office / Hybrid
- Salary: £35,000 DOE
This role is crucial for enhancing productivity, supporting the use of new technology, and enabling a high level of digital literacy across our team. The successful candidate will design, develop, and deliver high-quality technical/ systems training to all staff.
Day-to-day of the role:
Training Needs Analysis and Design:
- Conduct IT Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skills gaps and development requirements.
- Design and develop training programmes, materials, and documentation for various software and systems.
- Collaborate with IT and HR colleagues to align training content with organisational objectives.
Training Delivery:
- Deliver training sessions using various methods such as in-person sessions, team exercises, one-to-one coaching, and virtual webinars.
- Cover topics including Microsoft Office 365 suite, Dynamics 365 CRM, data management principles, UK GDPR, and cyber security best practices.
Evaluation and Administration:
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions using feedback surveys and assessments.
- Manage training metrics reporting and maintain accurate training records.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an IT Trainer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Dynamics CRM, and other core IT solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to design and implement comprehensive training programs.
- Familiarity with digital learning technologies and software features.
