Duration: 4 days (0.5 days preparation + 3.5 days training)
Option to extend to 5 days if additional preparation is required
Day Rate: £400/day (flexible depending on experience)

About the Role

We are seeking a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) with specialist expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service to deliver a focused training programme for three experienced technology professionals. This training is part of their onboarding into new permanent roles and will be delivered virtually.

The training should align with the MB-240: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service Functional Consultant certification.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and informative training sessions remotely via Microsoft Teams.
• Prepare and tailor content to suit the experience level of the trainees.
• Provide practical insights and real-world examples based on hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Field Service.
• Support learners with Q&A and guidance throughout the training.

Requirements

• Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) status is essential.
• Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service.
• Experience delivering training to professional audiences.
• Ability to adapt content and delivery style to suit experienced tech professionals.
• Familiarity with the MB-240 exam content and structure.
