The Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Network Engineer to join a well-established and dynamic internal IT team based in Lewes. Reporting to the Network Team Leader , you will play a key role in supporting and evolving a large-scale enterprise network estate.

This is a hands-on role, offering the opportunity to work across WAN, LAN, WLAN, and network security , while contributing to both operational support and project-based network improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and support WAN, LAN, and Wireless LAN connectivity across multiple locations
• Deploy, configure, and support edge routers and security firewalls
• Contribute to the design and implementation of network solutions
• Monitor network health, performance, and overall environment stability
• Perform fault finding, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
• Support development of network standards, configurations, and best practices
• Assist with hardware lifecycle planning and replacement strategies
