Just closing new deals and earning big.

• Generate new revenue: Proactively target and win brand-new B2B customers.
• Hunt for opportunities: Use outbound prospecting, networking, and market insight to build your own pipeline.
• Lead the full sales cycle: Identify pain points, scope requirements, pitch solutions, negotiate, and close.
• Smash targets: Consistently meet and exceed monthly new business goals.
• Maintain CRM accuracy: Keep your pipeline organised and up to date for full visibility.

No existing customer management, renewals, or account servicing—this role is for true hunters only.

• Proven success in new business sales or B2B lead generation.
• Confident communicator and persuasive negotiator.
• Highly driven, proactive, resilient, and target-focused.
• Organised and able to deliver at pace.
• Team player with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Driving licence & own vehicle (required).
• Willingness to travel (up to 75%).

• £28,000–£30,000 basic + uncapped commission (OTE £40k+).
