This role is crucial for assisting a high-profile user community, involving daily interactions with customers and stakeholders, and utilising IT Service Management Toolsets. Monitoring of Event Management tooling, triage, and escalation are critical aspects of this position.

• Assist in the monitoring and management of network operations using Event Management tooling.
• Provide high-level technical support and troubleshooting for network issues.
• Engage daily with customers and stakeholders using the IT Service Management Toolset.
• Triage and escalate issues as necessary to ensure rapid resolution.
• Maintain and manage network security protocols and configurations.

• Proficiency with VCenter NSX-T.
• Experience with Cisco Firepower Management Centre.
• Strong knowledge of Cisco IOS.
• Familiarity with Cisco ISE.
• Experience with Juniper Switches & JUNOS.
• Ability to use SolarWinds for network monitoring.
• Understanding of Active Directory and Windows Servers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
