Account Manager
- Oversee day-to-day service operations, ensuring issues are identified, prioritised, and resolved efficiently
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers and managers for service-related queries
- Coordinate and schedule field engineer visits to resolve issues
- Provide basic technical support
- Log and review recurring issues, supporting continuous service improvement
- Support general business administration as required
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in a customer-facing, service, or account management role
- Be highly organised and ability to multiple task
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Confident using systems
- Experience liaising with engineers or technical team
Role Details
- Full-time, permanent position
- Monday to Friday
- In-person role - Due to location you will NEED to drive
- Salary: Up to £32,000 per year DOE
- Additional pay: Commission and yearly bonus
