Account Manager

Account Manager 

  • Oversee day-to-day service operations, ensuring issues are identified, prioritised, and resolved efficiently
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers and managers for service-related queries
  • Coordinate and schedule field engineer visits to resolve issues
  • Provide basic technical support
  • Log and review recurring issues, supporting continuous service improvement
  • Support general business administration as required

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience in a customer-facing, service, or account management role
  • Be highly organised and ability to multiple task
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Confident using systems
  • Experience liaising with engineers or technical team

Role Details

  • Full-time, permanent position
  • Monday to Friday
  • In-person role - Due to location you will NEED to drive 
  • Salary: Up to £32,000 per year DOE 
  • Additional pay: Commission and yearly bonus
