Accounts Receivable Specialist

This is a hybrid role, based three days per week in the Maidenhead office.
Reporting to the Sales Ledger Lead, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of monthly invoices across a wide range of revenue streams. This role would suit someone detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to contribute to continuous improvement in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process monthly invoices
- Manage the AR inbox and respond to queries
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Process credit notes
- Maintain customer billing information
- Post incoming payments
- Support audit activity
- Contribute to improvements in AR processes
This role is suited to a candidate who can bring strong organisational skills, great attention to detail, and confidence managing competing priorities. You’ll be a clear communicator who works well with others, with solid Excel skills and familiarity with Dynamics 365 or similar systems. You’re adaptable, resilient, and driven by a solutions-focused mindset, even in a fast-paced environment.
