We are seeking an Administrator to provide essential administrative support to our client's team. This role is crucial in delivering a customer-focused service that emphasizes excellent delivery, service improvement, and maximising efficiency.
Day-to-Day of the Role:
- Handle a broad range of enquiries from customers and colleagues, ensuring all communications are dealt with confidentially, securely, and accurately.
- Assess and process communications received into the team, ensuring accurate and appropriate handling.
- Operate necessary equipment and computer systems, following correct procedures and instructions.
- Deliver services in line with key performance indicators, service standards, and quality systems.
- Maintain high-quality data in proprietary IT systems through regular checks and updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficient in using computerised systems for information searching, data inputting, and retrieval.
- Excellent understanding of Microsoft software.
- Strong communication, organisational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines and be flexible in various working conditions.
- Good analytical and data collection skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Understanding of diversity and equality requirements in service delivery.
