Are you highly organised, numerically minded, and eager to build a career within a growing technology and communications business?

We're looking for a Junior Airtime Administrator to join our Airtime team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the start of their career, whether you're a recent college leaver, graduate, administrator, or someone looking to develop valuable experience within billing, customer operations, and telecommunications.

You don't need previous billing experience to apply. We're looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Junior Airtime Administrator, you'll support the Airtime team with a range of operational and billing activities, helping ensure customers receive an excellent service and accurate billing.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the processing of service activations, deactivations and package amendments
  • Assisting with monthly billing activities and invoice validation
  • Processing customer orders and prepay voucher requests
  • Monitoring billing and provisioning systems to identify and resolve issues
  • Managing customer and internal queries through to resolution
  • Supporting ticket management through Freshdesk
  • Performing regular housekeeping and data quality checks
  • Working closely with colleagues across multiple departments to ensure services are delivered efficiently
  • Learning the company's products, services and internal systems
