• Engage in core Business Analyst activities including requirements gathering, process mapping, and impact assessments.
• Craft detailed user stories and acceptance criteria to guide the development process.
• Work within a multi-disciplined team to deliver new products in parallel with another team, ensuring efficient and effective collaboration.
• Utilise Agile methodologies, particularly Kanban, to manage projects and tasks efficiently.

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with the ability to work autonomously and demonstrate expertise in core BA activities.
• Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies, with a preference for experience in Kanban.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of building rapport, influencing decisions, and driving consensus.
• Exceptional communication skills, essential for effective teamwork and stakeholder engagement.
• A natural problem-solver and critical thinker, ideally with experience in a digital-first, tech-focused environment.
