Our client is a FTSE 100 company that plays a vital role in connecting people, businesses, and communities across the UK and beyond and they are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join one of their projects in the New Year.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Engage in requirements management within projects typically delivered in a Waterfall framework, ensuring deliverables pass through a gating process.
• Perform process modelling to improve and streamline business processes.
• Manage stakeholders effectively, working closely with business, operational, and IT teams.
• Gather and map requirements, translating business needs into actionable technology solutions.
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers within a multi-supplier environment to ensure project requirements are met.
• Operate within both Waterfall and Agile project environments, adapting to the needs of the project and team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst within large, complex organisations.
• Proven skills in requirements management and process modelling.
• Excellent stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience in vendor/supplier management within a multi-supplier setting.
• Ability to work proactively, with strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Experience working in both Waterfall and Agile project environments.
