We are seeking a Business Analyst to support the delivery of our Digital Transformation Programme. This role involves a broad range of responsibilities from researching and analysing data to designing solutions that enhance customer experiences. This position is ideal for someone who is adept at handling multiple tasks and is committed to driving improvements through innovative data analysis and solution design.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Support the implementation of analysis and solution design activities across various services.
• Conduct statistical data research, customer journey mapping, and document work-streams and process flows.
• Compile trends, performance reports, and analyses to develop business-focused solutions and consolidate customer insight.
• Produce high-quality workshop outputs including minutes, actions, ideas, and suggestions.
• Convert workshop notes, sketches, and process maps into user stories.
• Engage with multiple initiatives simultaneously and manage your own workload effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in partnering with a range of stakeholders and mapping services using various methodologies.
• Proven ability to analyse systems and technologies to improve customer-focused service delivery and modernize work processes.
• Experience supporting the delivery of cultural change within a large, complex organisation.
• Strong IT skills, particularly in Excel, and excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to research, collect, interpret, and analyze data, demonstrating critical awareness and problem-solving skills.
• Capable of working independently, managing own workload, and prioritizing effectively.
• Essential skill: Proficiency in Firmstep, alongside other required technical skills.
