Business Analyst Legal Case Management System

A Business Analyst (Legal Case Management System) is required for our client based in Manchester for an initial 6-month contract (likelihood of extending). This is ideally a hybrid position, approx. 1 day per week on site, however remote can be considered with the willingness to come to site for workshops etc.

Are you an experienced Business Analyst with a passion for improving legal services through technology? Our client is embarking on an exciting journey to procure and implement a new Legal Case Management system, and they’re looking for a skilled Business Analyst to support this transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture and analyse business requirements
• Map and optimise business processes, ideally within a legal context
• Support the tender process and vendor selection
• Contribute to data migration planning and execution
• Ensure alignment between business needs and system capabilities

Highly Desirable Experience:

• Proven experience with Legal Case Management systems
• Strong understanding of business processes in legal environments

Desirable Experience:

• Background in Legal Services
• Hands-on involvement in data migration projects
• Experience working within Local Government and/or Public Sector settings
