We are seeking a Business Change Manager to support the rollout of Teams Premium and its AI-enabled features, including Intelligent Recap, within a major organisation. This role is critical to ensuring these capabilities are adopted safely, responsibly, and effectively, while helping the business build confidence in using AI tools.
You will work closely with stakeholders, change teams, and technical leads to drive user education, develop adoption collateral, and support the creation of long-term AI strategy and governance frameworks.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Address key risks, compliance concerns, and governance requirements relating to Microsoft Teams Premium and AI features.
- Build and deliver adoption materials, including training resources, communications, and user guidance (e.g., consent for call recording and transcription).
- Run workshops, lunch-and-learn sessions, and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Create and maintain a structured adoption and communication plan.
- Support the development of a long-term roadmap for broader Microsoft AI adoption (including Copilot Chat and M365 Copilot).
- Align teams on AI usage through structured change-management activities.
- Promote responsible, compliant, and informed use of AI-enabled tools across the organisation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with Microsoft Teams Premium, including understanding of its core capabilities, risks, and required controls.
- Demonstrable experience supporting deployments of Copilot or other AI-enabled collaboration tools.
- Proven background delivering business change activity across medium- to large-scale technology programmes.
- Experience producing high-quality training, communications, and adoption materials.
- Excellent stakeholder-management skills, including working with senior leadership.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, with ability to simplify technical concepts.
- Ability to manage resistance to change and influence adoption behaviours.
- Highly self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently.
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365 technologies, particularly Teams and Copilot-related features.
- Experience with AI governance, compliance, or safe-use frameworks within Microsoft 365 environments.
- Skilled in delivering workshops, training programmes, and capability-building sessions for large user groups.
- Understanding of compliance considerations such as transcription consent and data governance.
- Familiarity with organisational readiness assessments and digital workplace transformation.
- Experience contributing to strategic AI or collaboration-tool roadmaps.
