They are now looking for an ambitious and driven Business Development Executive to join their team and play a key role in their continued success.

As a Business Development Executive, you will be instrumental in generating qualified leads, booking high-value appointments, and pitching bespoke software solutions to senior-level decision-makers. This is a consultative sales role that requires a strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and a passion for solving business challenges.

• Proactively generate qualified leads using LinkedIn, phone calls, and email outreach.
• Book appointments with senior executives including C-suite, Heads of Operations, and IT Managers.
• Confidently pitch tailored software solutions and secure meetings for the Sales Director.
• Understand client pain points and propose relevant, value-driven solutions.
• Follow up on event leads and engage prospects at trade shows and exhibitions.

• Degree in Business or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong business acumen and logical problem-solving ability.
• Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally in a B2B or tech environment.
• Resilient, self-motivated, and confident communicator.
• Comfortable with cold outreach and engaging senior stakeholders.
• Eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced, supportive team.
