Business Intelligence Analyst

Location: London (Hybrid – majority office-based, 1 day from home)Engagement Type: Permanent, full-time

Role Overview We're looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst who enjoys working with numbers and systems to help teams make better decisions. This role involves working closely with different departments to understand their needs and provide tailored reporting and analysis. You’ll be instrumental in improving how information flows across the business and in supporting ongoing digital initiatives.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Collaborating with internal teams to understand their information needs and deliver tailored solutions
• Working with technical colleagues to ensure data is structured and accessible
• Creating visual summaries and interactive reports using modern tools
• Helping standardize how information is defined and used across the company
• Running one-off investigations to support strategic projects
• Spotting and fixing inconsistencies in data

• Comfortable writing queries and working with structured data
• Experience with tools that help visualize and explore data
• Familiarity with predictive techniques and data modelling
• A detail-focused mindset and a love of solving puzzles

• Experience in fast-moving industries is a plus
