Contract: 2–3 months – Immediate Start Salary: £30,000 – £50,000 per annum (Depending on experience) Location: 100% Remote (UK-based) Working Pattern: Monday–Friday

An established organisation within the fibre-optic and broadband sector is seeking an experienced Business Partner Manager who can start immediately on a short-term contract.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can step in quickly to manage and grow existing partner relationships. A clear execution strategy is already in place, so the successful candidate will be expected to hit the ground running from day one.

The Role

You’ll oversee a portfolio of existing partners, focusing on relationship management, retention, and commercial growth through upselling and account development rather than direct new-business sales.

This is an ideal opportunity for a commercially minded professional who enjoys working through partners and building long-term, value-driven relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Immediately take ownership of existing partner and customer relationships
  • Strengthen partnerships to drive retention and long-term value
  • Identify and deliver upsell opportunities across services and solutions
  • Act as the primary commercial point of contact for assigned accounts
  • Work closely with internal teams to support account growth and delivery
  • Build trusted, commercially strong partnerships that unlock new revenue streams
  • Ensure customers are satisfied, engaged, and supported
  • Operate independently and proactively in a fully remote setup

Ideal Background

  • Previous experience as a Business Partner Manager, Account Manager, Account Director, Relationship Manager, Partner Manager or similar (Desirable)
  • Experience within telecoms, fibre-optic, broadband or connectivity environments
  • Strong commercial awareness with a proven ability to upsell
  • Confident managing senior stakeholder relationships
  • Comfortable starting immediately and working autonomously in a remote, contract role
  • Relationship-led rather than pure new-business sales focused
