Business Design Lead (Stakeholder Management & CRM)
The Business Design Lead - CRM will work with teams to lead the design and optimisation of how our client understands and engages with their stakeholders. Bringing together that essential insight for impactful action. -Lead the business design of the ‘Understand Our Stakeholders’ initiative, working with stakeholders and the DDaT team, defining the key elements which will be critical including the data definitions, workflows and the roles/permissions.-Lead the engagement with internal stakeholders (including workshops) to design the key user journeys to create an end to end CRM journey and platform, which will work with other processes such as Case Management and for users across the business.-Engage with teams across the organisation to understand current CRM usage and pain points -Strategic Process Design & Improvement – Ability to lead the team to map, analyse and redesign business processes with a focus on stakeholder engagement and regulatory effectiveness.-Proven experience in business process design or service design leadership roles. Familiarity with CRM platforms, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the associated ‘PowerPlatform’ tools, from a business use perspective.
