Are you a strategic IT leader with a passion for driving digital transformation in a regulated manufacturing environment? We’re looking for a Business Systems Manager to join our dynamic team at a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing site.

About the Role

As the Business Systems Manager, you will be the key IT application owner for critical GxP business systems including TulipEMSSEAVisionCMMS, and more. You’ll lead the full lifecycle management of these systems, ensuring compliance, performance, and alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Business System Lifecycle Management

  • Own and manage assigned GxP systems, ensuring compliance with pharma industry standards.
  • Oversee issue resolution, upgrades, security, vendor and license management.
  • Deliver high-quality service using ServiceNow and build a Center of Excellence for Tulip and other platforms.
  • Define and maintain long-term system roadmaps.

Leadership & Strategic Planning

  • Represent IT on the Operational Leadership Team (OLT), ensuring alignment across IT and business functions.
  • Collaborate with business process owners to identify digital transformation opportunities.
  • Support capability building within the IT team to enhance value delivery.

Technical Leadership & Project Management

  • Act as Technical Lead for the Tulip Electronic Batch Record deployment.
  • Drive projects from exploration to implementation, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Apply IT project governance, tools, and templates effectively.

Team Management

  • Lead and develop a team of System Analysts and CSV professionals, fostering growth and excellence in service delivery.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience managing GxP systems in a pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of IT service management, compliance, and system lifecycle.
  • Leadership experience with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
  • Project management skills with a track record of successful system implementations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
