CRM Business Analyst - Microsoft Dynamics 365
Reed Technology is partnering with a prestigious organisation in Edinburgh to recruit as CRM Business Analyst for a 2-year fixed-term contract.
You will play a key role in the organisation’s Digital Transformation Programme, supporting the successful delivery of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM project and its associated change initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders across the organisation to gather, analyse, and document business requirements, processes, and user journeys that support the Dynamics 365 CRM solution.
- Produce high-quality documentation including BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, data-flow diagrams, and gap analyses.
- Conduct workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions to define as-is and to-be processes.
- Support solution design, configuration, and validation activities.
- Manage and maintain all CRM-related work items within Azure DevOps.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Solid experience working as a Business Analyst on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementations and wider digital transformation initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, including requirements management, user story creation, test case documentation, and Agile delivery tracking.
- Experience supporting system testing, UAT, and business readiness activities.
- Ideally, knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Ideally, experience working within public sector, membership, or regulatory environments.
