- Location: Remote (Occasional travel to UK sites)

We are seeking an experienced Change Manager with PROSCI certification and a proven track record of delivering end-to-end change on complex programmes. This role requires strong stakeholder engagement skills, proficiency in ADKAR techniques, and robust communication and analytical abilities. Previous experience in the NHS is a bonus but not essential.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Lead and manage change initiatives related to business processes and technologies.
- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximise employee adoption and usage while minimising resistance.
- Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities.
- Assess the change impact and complete change management assessments.
- Create and manage measurement systems to track adoption, utilisation, and proficiency of individual changes.
- Identify, analyse, and prepare risk mitigation tactics.
- Integrate change management activities into project plans.
- Manage stakeholders and communicate change effectively across all levels of the organisation.
- Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- PROSCI certification is essential.
- Demonstrated experience in managing end-to-end change on complex programmes.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and proficiency in ADKAR methodology.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Experience in the NHS is desirable but not mandatory.
