Channel Partnership and Growth Specialist
I am working with an established organisation within the technology sector who are expanding its partner network and seeking someone who thrives on building relationships, supporting growth, and enabling partners to succeed.
If you enjoy working closely with people, developing commercial momentum, and shaping how partners engage with innovative solutions, this role offers visibility, ownership, and meaningful impact.
You’ll play a central role within the channel ecosystem, supporting resellers, MSPs, and specialist integrators as they onboard, grow, and develop new opportunities. Working closely with both commercial teams and technical experts, you’ll help strengthen partner capability, accelerate early pipeline, and enhance long-term collaboration.
This is a non-hierarchical, collaborative role ideal for someone who wants influence, variety, and the chance to help define partner growth strategies.
A bit about the role:
- Supporting existing partners through structured enablement and ongoing engagement
- Guiding new partners through onboarding and helping them position and sell technology solutions
- Building trusted early-stage relationships to drive confidence and momentum
- Coordinating with technical specialists to ensure the right expertise is delivered at the right time
- Maintaining strong CRM habits with clear follow-up and accurate opportunity tracking
- Collaborating with marketing to ensure partners have effective tools and messaging
- Helping progress opportunities from early interest through to commercial success
This is a hybrid role, with offices in Maidstone and with travel around the UK to build relationships with your clients, so you MUST have a car and a full UK drivers license and be happy to commute.
