Reed Healthcare is delighted to be partnering with a leading healthcare technology organisation to recruit a Clinical Nurse Consultant. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced healthcare professional looking to move away from frontline clinical practice while continuing to make a significant impact across NHS organisations through digital innovation and service improvement.
We are particularly keen to speak with senior clinicians, who have developed strong professional networks within the NHS and have experience influencing change, transformation, and the adoption of new technologies.
The Role
As a Clinical Nurse Consultant, you will act as the clinical voice within the organisation, helping NHS customers understand and realise the benefits of innovative healthcare technologies. Working closely with clinical, operational, digital, and executive stakeholders, you will support product demonstrations, clinical engagement, training, implementation, and customer success activities.
This is a national role involving travel across the UK.
Who We're Looking For
We would love to hear from:
- Registered Nurses, Midwives, AHPs, or other clinically qualified healthcare professionals.
- Individuals with substantial experience gained within acute hospital settings.
- Clinicians who have worked at a senior level within the NHS.
- Professionals who have led or supported digital transformation, innovation, EPR deployments, clinical systems implementation, or service improvement programmes.
- Individuals with established NHS networks and the ability to engage credibly with senior clinical and operational leaders.
Particular interest will be given to candidates with backgrounds such as:
- Senior Nurses who have championed digital innovation within acute care environments.
- Experienced Nurses with a track record of leadership, service improvement and transformation.
- Former Digital Leads or Clinical Informatics Leads who have led electronic patient record implementations and digital change programmes.
- Professionals with expertise in clinical safety, digital inclusion, patient engagement, health inequalities, or improving access to services through technology.
- Leaders who have worked collaboratively with NHS England, Integrated Care Systems (ICSs), regional transformation programmes, and professional networks to deliver large-scale change.
