• Daily Rate: £550 - £750
• Location: 3 days onsite at either Kilburn, NSY, or Lambeth

Reed is seeking an Interim Commercial Manager focused on procurement, sourcing, and contract management. This role is crucial for supporting complex technology programs and mid-value procurements within the public sector. The successful candidate will manage high-value, complex programs and handle multiple procurements using public sector frameworks.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Manage implementation post-award of high-value, complex programs.
• Handle multiple procurements using public sector frameworks.
• Support in the procurement of SaaS solutions approximately 3 days per week.
• Support and assure the commercial activities
• Engage in sourcing and contract management activities for various projects including Social Media Screening, Financial Screening and Credit Checks, Content Management System, Employee Assurance Tool, and Physiological and Psychological Screening.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Senior-level stakeholder engagement – ability to manage challenging stakeholders across multiple teams.
• Sourcing and procurement expertise, particularly for complex technology programs.
• Broad IT technology experience, ideally with exposure to large-scale implementations.
• Public sector experience
• Contract management knowledge, including understanding of contract law (desirable but not critical).
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Desirable Qualifications: CIPS certification (Level 4 or above preferred, but not essential).
