We are seeking a dedicated Audit and Compliance Administrator to join our team. This role is crucial for maintaining our ISO certification and ensuring compliance with all external certifications and audits. The position offers a hybrid working option.

Day-to-Day of the Role:

  • ISO Tasks:

    • Assist in maintaining ISO certifications and implement office procedure changes.
    • Conduct monthly ISO audits and report findings to the Finance and Office Manager.
    • Attend monthly audit review meetings, providing detailed feedback.
    • Manage non-conformances found during audits and update the Activ system regularly.
    • Handle all customer feedback and manage/report on all KPIs.
  • Audit Tasks:

    • Prepare for and attend Achilles audits; maintain cyber essential certification.
    • Ensure compliance with legal requirements for H&S, HR, and Environmental standards.
    • Liaise with external advisors and conduct internal audits within the office and on-site.
    • Manage full document control and process/implement any change control and new procedures.
  • General Tasks:

    • Stay updated with all legal requirements and new legislations.
    • Perform additional tasks as required by the Finance and Office Manager or Sales Director to ensure the smooth running of the office.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong administration background with a 'Results Oriented' attitude.
  • Excellent time management, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and other order entry systems.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
  • Great attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Experience with ISO and Achilles audit tasks is essential.
  • H&S qualification is ideal but not mandatory.
