You'll lead the full creative lifecycle - from concept to execution - across web, social, email, video, and paid media. Working closely with marketing, digital, and external partners, you'll ensure every asset is on-brand, on-message, and optimised for impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Strategy & Content Leadership
- Own and deliver a unified content strategy that fuels growth and brand engagement
- Lead the creation of scroll-stopping digital assets across all channels
- Drive SEO-led content that boosts visibility and customer connection
- Manage a content calendar that keeps storytelling fresh and relevant
Design Direction & Brand Guardianship
- Set the visual tone across e-commerce, campaigns, and digital platforms
- Create or direct standout graphics, motion content, and short-form video
- Collaborate with styling and photography teams to elevate visual output
Agency & Partner Management
- Brief and manage creative and media agencies to deliver best-in-class work
- Keep projects on time, on budget, and aligned with brand goals
Performance & Optimisation
- Partner with digital teams to test, learn, and refine creative assets
- Optimise content for engagement, conversion, and brand impact
- Build a library of reusable assets and templates for speed and consistency
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years in a senior content, design, or creative role - ideally in e-commerce, fashion, retail/agency
- A portfolio that showcases your ability to tell compelling brand stories across channels
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) Klaviyo or similar tools
- Strong grasp of SEO content writing, performance marketing, and digital content best practices
- Experience managing agencies, freelancers, and cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- A sharp eye for detail, design, and brand consistency
