CRM Executive – Guildford Salary: £38,000–£45,000 (DOE)Full-Time | Permanent

We’re looking for a data-driven and creative CRM Executive to join a dynamic marketing team in Guildford. In this role, you’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising CRM campaigns to drive customer engagement, retention, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage targeted email and CRM campaigns
• Analyse customer data to personalise communications and improve performance
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and digital teams to align messaging
• Monitor campaign metrics and report on ROI and engagement
• Support CRM platform management and automation workflows

What You’ll Need:

• 3+ years’ experience in a CRM or email marketing role
• Strong knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp)
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• A proactive mindset and attention to detail
