About the Role
I am recruiting for a highly organised and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to join my client's team, providing essential administrative support and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for their clients. You’ll also collaborate with the wider Service Delivery team as required and play a key role in the accurate setup and configuration of their systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a positive onboarding experience for new clients registering for the company systems.
- Accurately process new customer registrations across systems and programmes.
- Configure and customise systems for clients with meticulous attention to detail.
- Record and maintain all information received via email, phone, and documentation within the CRM.
- Maintain robust processes and procedures throughout the administration lifecycle.
- Collaborate with internal teams regarding system vendor updates to ensure accurate billing.
- Work cross-functionally to meet client needs.
- Maintain awareness of legal, regulatory, Information Security, and Data Protection requirements.
Person Specification
Experience
- Experience creating and updating onboarding materials.
- Knowledge of the private healthcare industry is advantageous but not essential.
- Experience with Windows 10 and web-based technologies is essential.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly across all levels of the organisation.

Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week
Salary: £25,500 per annum
