A well-established and growing technology services business is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join its customer-focused team in Hebburn.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced customer service or client support professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and delivering exceptional service. Working as the first point of contact for clients, you'll play a key role in ensuring customer enquiries and support requests are managed efficiently while maintaining outstanding levels of client satisfaction.
The Role
As a Client Success Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance and support. Working closely with operational and technical teams, you will coordinate service requests, manage client communications, and ensure a smooth customer journey from initial contact through to resolution.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries, incidents and service requests.
- Coordinate and dispatch support tickets in a timely and effective manner.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service across all client interactions.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and managing expectations.
- Escalate and manage complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor service performance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Produce reports and analyse service data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Support the management and achievement of KPIs and service level targets.
- Make recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Utilise business systems and internal technology platforms effectively.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with clients and colleagues.
About You
- Previous experience in a customer service, client services, customer success, helpdesk or service coordination role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong relationship-building abilities.
- The ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively under pressure.
- Excellent attention to detail and administrative skills.
- A proactive approach to problem solving.
- Confidence working collaboratively across multiple teams.
- A genuine passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Desirable Experience
- Experience within an IT, technology or service-based business.
- Familiarity with CRM and ticket management systems.
- Experience working within a KPI or SLA-driven environment.
