Day-to-day responsibilities:
- Carry out a mix of proactive and reactive outreach to identify and engage potential customers.
- Support new and existing users to ensure successful adoption and ongoing use of the company’s platform.
- Act as a key contact for customer queries via phone, video, and email.
- Troubleshoot and resolve first- and second-line technical issues.
- Assist with marketing activity to increase awareness and engagement.
- Required skills & experience:
- Strong communication skills across written, phone, and virtual channels.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach and ability to take ownership of tasks.
- Comfortable learning new systems and technologies quickly.
- Well organised, able to manage multiple priorities.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
