Day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Carry out a mix of proactive and reactive outreach to identify and engage potential customers.
  • Support new and existing users to ensure successful adoption and ongoing use of the company’s platform.
  • Act as a key contact for customer queries via phone, video, and email.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve first- and second-line technical issues.
  • Assist with marketing activity to increase awareness and engagement.
  • Required skills & experience:
  • Strong communication skills across written, phone, and virtual channels.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach and ability to take ownership of tasks.
  • Comfortable learning new systems and technologies quickly.
  • Well organised, able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
