REED Business Support are actively recruiting on behalf of an established organisation for a permanent Customer Service Manager.
As a Customer Service Manager your duties will include but are not limited to:
- CRM Administration & Support:
- Maintain and optimize CRM systems such as Salesforce.
- Develop and deliver user training for CRM and related systems.
- Create workflows, reports, dashboards, and custom fields to support business needs.
- Enquiry Capture Implementation & Training:
- Lead the rollout, configuration, and user support for Enquiry Capture tools like SnapAddy.
- Provide onboarding and ongoing training to sales and marketing teams.
- Troubleshoot issues to ensure data aligns with CRM.
- Data Management & Pricing:
- Maintain and update pricing data, product part numbers, and data sheets.
- Ensure accurate and consistent data across CRM, ERP, and external platforms.
- Work with finance and product teams to manage pricing updates.
- Cross-Functional Engagement:
- Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, IT, and product teams.
- Align CRM strategy and reporting with European stakeholders and business units.
- Support regional teams with process rollouts, training, and adoption.
- Travel & Regional Support:
- Travel to European offices may be required for training, stakeholder meetings, or project support.
- Provide on-site CRM and tool training to regional teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficient in CRM systems, especially Salesforce.
- Experienced with data management tools and Excel.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage a team and work cross-functionally.
- 3–5 years’ experience in a CRM-focused role, with a preference for those experienced in a multinational environment.
