We are looking for a proactive Customer Support Coordinator to act as the first point of contact for our customers. This role is crucial in managing customer issues and requests with efficiency and a high level of service.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Handle inbound calls and emails from customers promptly and professionally.
- Log service requests accurately and follow up on their progress.
- Perform basic remote diagnostics to identify issues.
- Schedule engineer visits efficiently, ensuring timely support.
- Keep customers updated on the progress of their requests, maintaining clear and open communication.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in service desk, helpdesk, or scheduling roles, ideally within a technical or engineering environment.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with job management or scheduling software.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
