As a Customer Support Executive, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service, ensuring their users can fully leverage their products.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Provide support via phone, email, and online chat, ensuring prompt and accurate solutions to customer queries.
  • Investigate complex issues and collaborate with colleagues to resolve or escalate as needed.
  • Assist the team in onboarding new customers, including providing phone-based training and support.
  • Proactively gather customer feedback to identify trends and improve support resources and product usage.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems.
  • Process orders and liaise with colleagues to resolve complex queries.
  • Contribute to and manage customer-focused projects, identifying trends in customer queries to develop efficiencies and new support materials.
