Customer Support Representative

The RoleYou’ll join our impactful Customer Support team, serving as a primary contact for our UK-based customers. Your initial focus will be on supporting consumers. As you advance in the role, you will take on greater responsibilities, including support for our project partners and B2B clients.

What You’ll Do- Provide first-class support to customers via email and phone.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with care, clarity, and professionalism.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance support processes and user experience.
- Develop and maintain help articles, FAQs, and other support content.
- Offer feedback to the Product and Engineering teams based on customer insights.
- Manage project-specific support channels once fully trained.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A genuine passion for helping people and making technology easy to understand.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with ticket management tools and CRM platforms is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing or account management role.
