Data Administrator
Location: TW11 Start: Immediate Duration: Until at least end of March (with potential to extend)Pay: Circa £13.50 per hour + holiday pay Basis: Ad-hoc / Temporary
Our client, based in the TW11 area, is seeking a confident and detail-focused candidate to support them through a key period of HR system changes. Due to a system migration, they require someone who can work accurately and efficiently transferring data between platforms.
This role would suit someone highly organised, reliable, and comfortable working with sensitive information.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately transferring HR data between systems
- Ensuring information is recorded and migrated with precision
- Using Microsoft Excel confidently to organise, check, and manipulate data
- Supporting the team with general administrative tasks as required
- Working on an ad-hoc basis during the transition period
Skills & Experience Required
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, basic formulas, accuracy in data handling)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confident, proactive approach
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Prior admin or data-entry experience beneficial but not essential
