We’re looking for a talented and proactive Data Analyst to join NHS Blood and Transplant (NHSBT) on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to support life-saving work through data-driven insights and reporting.

• Conduct complex data analysis and produce detailed reports and trend insights
• Build and maintain dashboards using Power BI, SAS, SPSS, Excel, Access, SQL Server
• Communicate findings clearly through written reports and verbal presentations
• Work independently and take initiative in problem-solving
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights

• Strong experience with Power BI, SAS, SPSS, Excel, Access, SQL Server
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Experience producing complex reports and trend analysis
• Familiarity with Pulse, Q Pulse, and Business Objectives

• Previous experience within the NHS or healthcare sector

• Remote working with occasional office visits
• IT equipment provided
