Data Insight Analyst-Hybrid-Inside IR35

Our large, well-established client is looking to recruit a Data Insight Analyst.

We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience within social housing, especially around empty homes or lettings, or those who have strong analytical experience within a property-related environment. Housing experience is not essential though.

Key Requirements:-Ability to translate complex data into clear insights for non-data users-Confident, client-facing communication style — engaging, clear, and able to explain how insights should be used-Competent user of NEC Housing Management System-Solid working knowledge of Power BI and Azure Databricks (not necessarily advanced, but xehkeey well above basic level)-Strong stakeholder management skills-Based near Waterloo office-Hybrid working: only 2 days per week required in the office-35 hours per week
