Data Manager

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for data and leadership? We're looking for a Data Manager with deep expertise in Microsoft technologies, including Azure, Azure Service Fabric, and the broader Microsoft stack, to lead our data initiatives and drive innovation across the business.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of data professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
• Architect and manage scalable data solutions using Azure services and Microsoft technologies.
• Oversee data governance, quality, and security across platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data strategies with business goals.
• Drive continuous improvement in data infrastructure and analytics capabilities.

 Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in Azure, including Azure Fabric, Data Factory, Synapse, and Azure SQL.
• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft stack (Power BI, SQL Server, .NET, etc.).
• Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to inspire and guide teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in designing and implementing enterprise-level data solutions.

 Desirable:

• Certifications in Azure or Microsoft technologies.
• Experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and cloud migration projects.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
