About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-driven CMD Specialist to join our Customer & Material Data team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with data, improving processes, and being the go-to expert for SAP and CRM related master data.
You will play a key part in an exciting data transformation project, supporting customer and product data across multiple markets. If you want a role where your work genuinely impacts system accuracy, sales operations, and customer experience, this is it.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing and maintaining customer and material master data
- Handling new customer set-ups, data validation and system checks
- Ensuring data accuracy across SAP, CRM and digital platforms
- Supporting a large-scale data transformation project
- Responding to internal stakeholders via the CMD helpdesk & inbox
- Producing accurate reports and supporting presentations
- Working closely with sales, showrooms, and cross-functional teams
- Ensuring smooth data processes that support commercial operations
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Experience working with SAP (MM/SD/MDG or similar)
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, data manipulation)
- Database management experience
- Understanding of CRM platforms (Salesforce or similar)
- High attention to detail and a logical, structured approach
- Excellent communication skills
Desirable:
- Experience working with customer or material master data
- Background in data migration, cleansing or transformation projects
- Additional languages (French, Dutch, Nordic languages)
