Delivery Consultant
As a Delivery Consultant , you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of client projects. This role blends elements of project coordination, account management, and client engagement, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, client-facing environment.
You will act as the face of the service for clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring that delivery is consistent, high-quality, and aligned with client expectations.
What you'll be doing
- Supporting Delivery Managers & Account Managers in managing client relationships and ensuring successful project delivery
- Supporting pricing discussions and contractual negotiations, including drafting and reviewing Statements of Work
- Coordinating with Talent Delivery Teams to resource and interview technical candidates
- Working with clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Attending project kick-off meetings, regular progress check-ins, and close-down sessions
- Managing project reporting, issue resolution, and stakeholder communications
- Identifying new stakeholders and opportunities within client organisations

Skills & Experience:
- Experience in stakeholder or customer relationship management
- Familiarity with project methodologies such as Agile or other delivery frameworks
- Strong computer literacy and ability to use internal systems and CRMs
- Comfortable managing IT-based processes and project tracking tools
