Delivery Manager - Hackathon & Tech Partnerships

• Salary: £50,000 - £60,000

REED Business Support are delighted to be representing our client who are seeking a proactive and organised Delivery Manager to support the delivery of a high-profile global virtual hackathon. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, innovation, and regulatory affairs, and possesses the ability to manage complex partner relationships and drive fast-paced quality delivery.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Plan, coordinate, track, and execute delivery across multiple workstreams.
• Manage scheduling, meeting facilitation, and follow-up actions across a cross-functional team and a wide range of stakeholders.
• Serve as a key point of contact for technology partners, managing and nurturing these relationships throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Maintain project artefacts including risk logs, decision registers, and project plans.
• Support data governance activities, ensuring compliance with data privacy standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven project management experience in technology, innovation, or financial services environments.
• Experience in managing technology or industry partnerships, including onboarding, relationship management, and reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging with both senior and technical audiences.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Desirable: Understanding of data governance principles and technical concepts such as AI, synthetic data, and agentic systems.
• Desirable: Ability to compile, structure, and quality-assure technical documents for both technical and non-technical audiences.
