Delivery Manager

Reed Technology is proud to be partnering with a prestigious telecom / network provider based in Edinburgh, currently seeking to expand their team with the addition of a Delivery Manager.

You'll be responsible for the overseeing of projects, initiatives, and other similar service requests related to a specific programme. The Delivery Manager will make sure that all service elements are aligned, billed, and communicated effectively. 

Responsibilities:

• Lead oversight across a portfolio of projects, ensuring delivery aligns with contractual obligations, service expectations, and transition plans.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer interactions, managing service delivery, billing, and project performance.
• Ensure accurate and timely billing for all project-related work, including validation of charges and reconciliation with finance teams.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as PMO, Technical Support, and Change Management to support smooth service transitions and operational handovers.
• Maintain awareness of service risks and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in service delivery roles within customer-facing environments.
• Industry background in telecoms or public sector is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of billing processes, service catalogues, and governance frameworks.
• Familiarity with ITIL principles and service management best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Salary up to £45.000 per year (based on experience) + Car Allowance.
