IT Support Technician

  • Hourly Rate: £19.26 PAYE or £24.55 Umbrella
  • Location: London
  • Job Type: Contract (3 months)
  • Working Hours: Full-time, 5 days onsite

We are seeking an IT Support Technician for a 3-month contract based in London. This role involves providing second-line support, including hardware fixes and staff support, in a dynamic environment.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for Windows-based systems.
  • Provide direct support to staff, ensuring efficient operation of IT resources.
  • Manage system setups and configurations using Microsoft Intune.
  • Maintain and update IT documentation and system logs.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to enhance system performance and provide solutions to IT-related problems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a second-line IT support role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with hardware troubleshooting and repair.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Intune for device management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
